Today they just swallowed above 70 of my airtime I topped up and now account balance fluctuating 80 and 98. Tried calling 100 yap they they admited there system is mulfunctioning and they will refund there esteemed affected customers as the fault was triggered by attempt to internet now the other day it was mpesa now the questionn is why now and not before I guess they are recovering the unbearable call rates:-):( -- Sent from my mobile device
