If the MPESA idea that the gentleman presented to Safaricom became a failure and didn't generate tonnes of cash as it is doing now, would he have still been crying foul ?

May be yes; may be no... But we judge ideas by their success; his was a success; should he not be paid for it?

If it was a flop; it would never have made headlines.
