I doubt the jobseeker can do anything. Take me to be gross, but such an application as hers is not worth any consideration, unless the ICT field is like Gikomba where you can sell anything and everything.
What does she mean by  "any any IT related  job"? What job category is that?

If someone needs a job, they need to be a little bit more serious than this jobseeker. I wonder if, in her true mind, she was addressing potential employers.
