Now let us be honest,most of us, our identification details are known by so many people hence such persons can easily access my personal statement on the go.
If we have a Safaricom person among us.I suggest, in an effort to enhance on the statement access security feature you add over and above the identification document details E.g. my Mpesa Pin which is mostly known to me.
