I think some function somewhere in the worksheet is broken. I kept getting -1.13 and finally I had to meddle around with my gross until it balanced and I was able to generate the output with no errors.

@Wanjau,it means the tax arising from your declared taxable pay (the auto calculated by excel macros) is more than your deducted PAYE by 251. Indeed you will have to pay the balance or unless you have not adjusted your insurance reliefs appropriately.
