[Skunkworks] N-computing (Thin Client Technology)

Morning Skunkers, I would like to know if there is any member on the list who has used thin clients before in a call center setup before as compared to assigning a single PC to every user. Please share your thoughts and ideas,pros ,cons, the best solution to go for in-case one needs to implement this solution.
