i have learnt alot from this thread - this is one area am poor in - licensing bcoz most of the time we end up procuring tons of features you will never need/use. Same case in phones we use :) - mine too, yes!

about 365 somebody told me you have to pay every year or depending on the period you have agreed with the supplier which i find it expensive after some time, otherwise you can have a free version of 365 but it doesn't come with excel n office option, Is this true? 
I understand that with 365 they have to point their mx records to my c panel whereby google have also pointed theirs to my c panel,
Is it true that you can point the two mx records(office 365 n Google) to a c panel at the same time?
Is there office 365 offline or limited to a LAN?
My users mostly user the office packages.

1. Type of license I.e Home,  Standard,  Professional and Enterprise each packaged with different options /features and or capabilities.
