[Skunkworks] hard disk issues

hi skunkers, i have a hard disk seagate 750 GB that is partitioned into two but of late i can see both partition under the device manager in windows but cant access any of them,what could be the issue? -- "do not look at where you fell but where you slipped" -African Proverb
