Hi Dennis, google being responsible for that content is I believe not the issue and infact plenty are grateful for its services. However, it is the use of the service provided by google that makes it responsible. We move towards the nature of that responsibility. While terms and conditions play a key role, the person who signs up obviously will not declare their intent. And it is that disguise that may have deadly consequences down the road for others. All it usually takes is one crazy person to start the process. Who then will accept responsibilty when things go horribly wrong? There is a genuine complaint about the site and quite unfortunately the list is hosted by google groups. And the complaint is not about silly spam such as pharmaceutical aids or enhancers etc. again, these are my views so feel free to correct as necessary. Rgds.
