Well, I think, just like all telcom operating in Kenya, they have been duly licenced and operating legally. Now unless someone has filed a case in court and proven beyond reasonable double a fraud took place, I still stand to be corrected but Econet is not a fraud. But as I said, I stand to be corrected.
