I would like to consult you guys on the best STB to buy that has:

1. No monthly premiums

2.A wide variety of good channels

3.Good signal quality( I saw someone on the list complain about StarTimes or something)

From the little I was able to gather from the discussion a few weeks back was that there is PANG, SIGNET(by KBC) and ADN...
