To create a vacancy in Safcom, spammers can start relaying mail through the new gateway. Safcom will then need to employ someone to be de-registering their public ip addresses from the black-listed spammers sites.

My host company send me a notice that Safaricom are now managing
outgoing mail through their own server and thus they told me to change
my outgoing mail serv. address to mail.gprs.safaricom.com on Outlook.
