I have a client who requires a ticketing system that can perform the below minimum tasks: 

Issue Tickets

Authenticate tickets

The system should be Centrally managed from a single database.

 

Application Scenarios:

 

Games (Football,athletics etc.)

Social Events (concerts,plays, movie theatres  etc)

Training Events

Anyone who can offer this contact me off list with your proposals.
