Clearly you did not read yesterdays newspaper where they have an offer
running between 8th October and 10th October, in which they CLAIM that
if you load money on your phone you get DOUBLE airtime for calls, sms,
data...
The Sh.150 for 100MB has been there for a while and I was aware that
it exists since 100MB is what I have been geting...the 8th-10th
October offer should therefore mean that I should get 200MB...
Find attached the advert (8th October, Standard Page 5)...since I
think you did not read yesterdays paper, and if you did, perhaps you
did not see the advert, and if you did, perhaps you did not read the
fine print...
A friend of mine loaded credit for calls and got extra airtime...my
query is why I am not getting the extra data bundle...
I have followed all the instructions: dialing #123#, going to
promotions menu, buying the bundle, etc...but getting the NORMAL 100MB
instead of 200MB!!!
So I still believe Orange owes me an extra 100MB !!!!
