The other day Zain launched a high speed data access based on the GRX<http://www.zain.com/muse/obj/lang.default/portal.view/content/Media%20centre/Press%20releases/DataRoaming>technology. So I call customer care to find out more information about it and to my surprise, the guy tells me that if the information is not on Zain Kenya website, then it is not in Kenya, yet the statement said the service was available in Middle East and East Africa. So I wondered where East Africa is and why have the press statement when the customer care guys, who apparently are the link between the customers and the company, have not acquainted themselves with such information!
