I&#39;m curious as to whether after the <b>Election </b>Violence that stemmed in <b>KE</b>, our boys in blue were trained. If they were, why not send them in to the <b>UK </b>as <b>specialists </b>on dealing with this kind of violence that clearly has no meaning or direction.<br>
