[Skunkworks] Smart phone VS. Personal Assistant.

So my boss needs me to apply for membership at NHIF... I filled in the form and have been promising to bring the passport sized picture for a whole week now! Its there on my tasks and reminders on outlook, and as a reminder on my phone but the shortest instance of dismissal has had me forget to carry this photo for a whole week... I honestly don't need a P.A ... but should the solutions for Personal Assistance be more enhanced?? Whats your take? Maina
