Doesn't credit card imply borrowing? How is it then it is called a
prepaid Credit Card? I have seen the prepaid card ads on the net,
onetime I fell victim to a fraudulent prepaid Credit Card scam. Some
website was purporting to sell virtual prepaid cards; I paid and was
sent a 12 digit number that did not even validate to as a valid VISA
card.

I have used the KCB General Purpose card since they launched it
several years ago and it works just like any VISA card. I have
withdrawn cash in New York city, bought electronics from ebay and paid
for most of my hosting accounts using it. Infact it even works with
liqpay.com which allows one to get paid into a VISA card.
