A friend of mine had around 50 bob disappear from her phone on Sunday under mysterious circumstances.

Now picture this, I am mostly on the computer so I rarely need to browse on the phone. Some 5 or so days ago I subscribed with the *544# to use some internet via the phone.
So there has been a daily deduction of KES 8 on my account without notification, the amount was low so I did not notice.Then today I receive a text that 'Your subscription to unlimited.... has been renewed'.

So much for the 'Terms and Conditions' applying.....
