I'm not sure what the other providers are seeing, but our best performing
markets are actually in other middle-class markets like westlands.
So while we have better coverage in Eastlands, we find that people are still
holding out on getting these services ... but of course, they could be with
a competitor :)

Service providers if anything should concentrate on marketing their services
around this areas(middle-class) since this is where most of the Kenyans lie.
And am imagining a scenario where fibre is taken to the upmarket where the
consumers are hardly home and spend time with "mipango za kando" while
people in Buruburu are looking for fast, yet good rates of Internet prices.

Broadband is already available via WiMAX in Buru, Unoja & surrounding areas.
BuruBuru is a major part of our rollout for TV & cable triple-play - it's
definitely not going to be ignored.

Also Zuku doesn't just take free sat feeds & distribute - we pay a lot of
premium channel owners for rights on premium channels.
There is a dedicated team working on this, and continuously adding new
mainstream English channels to the network.
Hi @Riyaz, thnks for the clarification. While EPG is being setup, is there a
monthly TV guide that one can check what programs/timings to expect?
( The guys ( near con? ) who were simply out to make money with serious
breaches of channel piracy were CTN, and then there was the mitsumi I think?
Not many know of the broadcast industry and the piracy that went with it.
These people were never interested in EPG, TV guides etc, just take the
variuos feeds and make money from them. Kawaida pattern of things..... but
am sure now that Zuku will turn around things )
