A relative once told me a story featuring that grave yard. Once upon a time we used to live in upper hill, somewhere at the end of bunyala rd. One day he and his buddiez were commin home from a drunken night out at spiders (tao) circa 2 in the A.M When they were walkin up the hill,..they heard a voice ".....1 for you...1 for me......" They thot the devil and his minions had surfaced to harvest the departed. They wasted no time and fled in every vector. I am not sure whether it is just me, but I always find all the cemeteries honouring the British who died in the world wars upsetting because there are few if any memorials to honour the many Africa who died in the same wars fighting for the allies.
