[Skunkworks] The Orange Modem on Linux (Finally...)

There have been several discussions about the Orange modem on Linux (and probably others). I'm sure 99% of the problem is the pin requirement. Just diabling it will end the misery. (I should have known this..) You will need the interface that comes with the modem to disable the pin, so you need Windows.
