I have been checking on the Project Management Body of Knowledge by PMI and the PMP exam now has a lot of Agile practices.

PMI has also developed an Agile Practice Guide to complement PMBoK

The role of the Project Manager has now been elaborated to include business case development and benefit realisation plan.

This is a good thing!
