Oay let me get you out of your misery or maybe... i might just add to it. 1st you need a pretty good undertanding of css and/or PHP. You can either edit the css files directly and uplad them through FTP... but wait you dont have access to it. Not to worry! In the admin section of Wordpress, click on 'Themes->Editor. Presto! There you have it. you got access to all your Theme files... The only hinderance now is your understanding of css and/or PHP Once you have updated what you want you can just hit the update button and your changes should go live.
