These sims also have G force settings, so that faster/harder u climb ( blood rushes away from brain - screen starts to red out ) or vice versa. For phobia issue, start with a helicopter sim. these fly slow and you can enjoy the view too, land on someone's house or factory and have a chat. 2 sims I enjoyed but needed plenty of patience and reading: Falcon F16 and the ultimate Su 27 flanker, the crimean theatre.
