I'm looking for one contact to assist me in some simple Unix/Linux technical troubleshooting exercise within Nairobi. Anyone interested, contact me off-list.

Scope of works :
To troubleshoot a server's connectivity on an IP network (ping, traceroute, netstat, ip route, basic guided config changes)

Expected Duration :

Realistically, a few hours' job (other teams will be making necessary adjustments on the remote end) .

Activity Date :

To be arranged, but strictly on a week-day during normal work hours.

Mode of Working :

Step-by-step guided approach; coordinated over Skype. You will be working from the site.

Necessary Tools :

To be provided, but you are free to bring along your trusted laptop if you so wish.

Basically, if you are comfortable with basic *nix commands, have some time on your hands, and willing to co-odinate via Skype then here's some cash for some beers.
