This list is _very_ public. Even the archives are public. No authentication is required to access them so I wouldn't be surprised if the list content appeared elsewhere than
afraha.com.
For the
afraha.com owner, I think s/he simply subscribed an address (no offense in doing that) and then gets the posts fed to a script which does the rest.
Correct me if I am wrong but there is nothing that bars anyone from reproducing the contents on this list anywhere, or even doing *something* with the said content.
Shouldn't you guys look into those aspects first before screaming about non-existent violation? :-)
