I have a serious concern. The contents of this mailling list are being published on www.afraha.com am not talking about just the message... its the fact that even email addresses, phone numbers whole shebang are being displayed on this website.

Does someone know the meaning of Identity theft??????? To me there is a seriouse Security Issue here.

Blame it on the list administrator.
This list is _very_ public. Even the archives are public. No authentication is required to access them so I wouldn't be surprised if the list content appeared elsewhere than afraha.com.
For the afraha.com owner, I think s/he simply subscribed an address (no offense in doing that) and then gets the posts fed to a script which does the rest.
Correct me if I am wrong but there is nothing that bars anyone from reproducing the contents on this list anywhere, or even doing *something* with the said content.
Shouldn't you guys look into those aspects first before screaming about non-existent violation? :-)
