Wherever you buy them, cross check their quality if you can.

I believe the regular electronic shops in Nairobi (Ebrahims, Bloomerg, Starcomms, Bestell etc.) will have some in stock.

I used to buy mine from Bloomerg (6+ years ago); almost half of them would end up being faulty! I hope things have since changed.
