Kinuthia; Issue is, when you call them with an issue, they escalate it to (IT) India. I doubt a man that trots the globe wants to wait forever for an answer from India, but really its painful when your preferred line doesn't serve you right. Why cant that customer contact their service provider and have their profile checked out, isn't this what Airtel are complaining about, that nobody calls their help desks, even if just to check on them?
