Spoke too soon. I bought the orange credit from https://www.pesapal.com/buy/airtime, got a confirmation message from Pesapal but the orange line is yet to be credited, 4 hrs later :(

The one I bought from http://orangetopup.pesapal.com/ hit the account in 1 hr. 

For clarification, I was topping up 2 different orange lines with 2 different amounts. I decided to test both options
