I hear you... My Internet automagically 'returned' after this and another assertive post on 'ke-users' list. I had already lodged a formal complaint with CCK earlier last week. Meanwhile, I am taking stock of their service quality and have openly asked them not to contact me directly. Hi Alex, am with you on the praise issues. A general comment : I was ( notice the past tense ) a staunch supporter of 3g until they shone bright and true green and made me eat humble pie! I remember all my postings, including to other close associates/friends/peers on how 3g was the thing to be....now even if they move to "5g", I think I'd rather save and buy a thuraya or inmarsat terminal.... In the meantime, Yu or Orange egde keep me going. :-)
