I'm probably taking this thread to far, but the scenario was ...the carjackers had already hijacked another car and taken off with its occupants, leaving my cousin stranded as they took his car keys with them. Administration police who responded to the alarm raised actually listened to him, checked that he was not armed, and had him sit on the ground next to his car. Then regular cops came along and shot him dead in cold blood. Believe you me, there are witnesses who confirm this, but of course none is willing to testify, not even to independent bodies.
