For sometime now, everything that does go wrong in Kenya has been blamed on the PM!. As a matter of fact, even when I don't have water flowing into my tank in the house, I blame it on the PM. I see no reason why we (as Kenyans) should not follow our leaders and do what they'd want us to do - blame the blackout on the PM.
