I do not agree with the concept - if we set the maximum Edge speed at the GGSN/SGSN and HLR to be 128 kbits with a guaranteed minimum of 16 kbps (and this is link only, not guaranteed internet speeds - which create further qos dynamics) How do you force the "Core" equipment to give you more ? Unless the reference is for the USB connection - which will give you 7.2 mbps between the modem and the comp - yes ?
