Hey hey, That's too ambitious. What you're saying is video streaming and that can be done by some sort of Wireless Ip cameras. The control part is a bit too complicated coz it involves automating the whole car so that it drives itself while being controlled remotely or at a distance. What I mean with IR is like using your remote control to switch off lights, open garage doors and basically data transfer.
