IT Service Desk Team Leader Required with following qualifications/experience:
1. BSc Comp Science/BBIT or Related Degree
2. 6 Years working experience in IT User Support Environment - 3 of which must have been at supervision level or higher at an IT Service Desk on handling of Support calls, Emails and Walk ins.
3. ITIL,CCNA and MCSE Certified
4. Good communication skills
