My friend, who said Polycarbonate is a cheap plastic... its the same plastic used to make bullet proof glass... in banks, cars etc. Its used as the cockpit dome in
fighter jets... give them a break C'mon

I am not sure who told them phones for emerging markets should be made from cheap plastic and a myriad of colors.
