I think you can stop them from digging up your fence, lodge an objection. I hear there are situations where they have to drill through some people's compounds as they can't dig through.

As for them sharing fibre, doesn't look like will happen soon - they keep engaging in anti-competitive practices like overcharging each other, taking years to service a request, aggressively targeting clients served by a competitor on shared fibre etc

Is it ever possible for a single company to dig and lay the fibre with a crazy huge bandwidth where everybody else "hires" from this single entity?

Everytime these goons dig up trenches for fibre I have to repair the fence one way or the other..... any ideas?
