Fair Usage, the way its been done here, is a major fail in many mature markets. Even Safaricom tried it out but lasted just over a month.

This market has matured enough to move away from such into exciting service-based packages. They should learn how 3 has done it in the UK: goo.gl/i5lJR and goo.gl/CXbY9
