Yeah, we did a bit of research. During the development phase, we bought about 3 different models from Amazon, by the time development was complete, we had zeroed in on one, which we then bulk ordered from the manufacturer. 

Unfortunately, the simulated real world testing showed the non-technical shortcomings with our choice;

- Users either had to contort their bodies to comfortably place their finger on the scanner surface of the Futronic FS88H, or
- Users had to pick it up, slant it, then place their fingers on the scanner surface

It may seem trivial, but if you have a queue of people waiting to get scanned, frustrations can build up extremely fast, due to a few seconds "lost" during scanning.
