You may have to ask ur ISP to do a reverse DNS, if relay to your domain is still not allowed, have Onecome allow mails to your Domain
And NO, i dont think it is still a propagation issue as you can resolve, can you ?

When you ping, it shows onecom IP. However no mails are coming in from outside. I have sent myself mail from gmail and it returns a mail delivery error as below:

I am aware that propagation of my mail domain will take time (up to 72 hours) but I seem to still be having a problem.
is this still a propagation issue?
