Aki, It's understandable --your honouring PS Ndemo. But, your honorific "Hon." is actually reserved for those other our temporary employees at bunge:-) I doubt mfanyikazi wetu mshupavu PS wa ICT would minds if you just called him "PS Ndemo" or "Bw. PS" or just "Daktari"... I opine "Hon." + excessive officialdom kinda frightens the hell out of newcomer skunkers.. But hey, he speaks for himself...
