How do business that ride on Mpesa survive. The likes of Rupu and mocality and hundreds of other businesses?? Imagine mocality for example have a timed deal and clients cant purcahse because they cant send money for a couple of hours. Who is accountable to that loss of revenue? My two cents would be to have contracts signed to cater for downtime where the MNO caters to such.  <br>
