Good morning good people,

I am looking for the above. Should not be too expensive (open source ok too).

Ability to capture book details easily and manage borrowing n returning...

The library in this case is not big...only about 30 square feet of floor and not busy.

Read a little about KOHA...any (other) suggestions will be appreciated.
