you missed my point @wash. Im yet to see a television (a two domensional object) able to project an image enough to cheat my perception of space. that defies a lot of physics i was taught, which is why ill go ask for a nice refund plus accrued interest from whoever is the current bursar. :-)

As for my lecturers, one of my lecturers once told a whole Computer Science class where 1/4 of the class was busy on Facebook that "A round trip is the time that it takes for the Sun to go round  the earth, or something. I am not sure.." The poor class continued attending the class since the lecturer took roll calls. Half the class got graded 'E' and sat for retakes and this continued over several units happily ever after
