There are some basic checks you can make;<br>1. That your desktop OS has not blocked port 80, both incoming and outgoing<br>2. That you are trying <a href="http://your-desktop-computer-name/os-ticket-folder/">http://your-desktop-computer-name/os-ticket-folder/</a> or  <a href="http://your-desktop-ip-address/os-ticket-folder/">http://your-desktop-ip-address/os-ticket-folder/</a><br>
3. I would go with osTicket(<a href="http://osticket.com" target="_blank">osticket.com</a>) as well!I&#39;m not a developer but I&#39;ve heard many developers who have customized it and they swear by it!On a Sys Admin perspective,it is one of the easiest to use. Also,it is made by a Kenyan who has taken it to international levels! <div>
