Hi Calvin, 
 Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Home Server, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 are all based on Windows NT and so your Oracle BI Discoverer software is looking for the appropriate version of this. Best thing to do is to confirm what version of the BI tool you have and the check the release notes for this version plus install guide all on the Oracle website. Essentially what Mr. Lawi suggested. Also you could check this for the Windows NT versions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_NT.

Go to OTN page, you will get the appropriate version(s) for Vista there.
 
Vista and Win server 2008 often share the installation files but u can confirm there.
