Your question is vague. Data backup is nowadays very broad term. Do you mean best tape data backup solution, remote backup solution or cloud based system?
if it is taped based, just buy the largest tapes you can find in the market, back them up daily and make sure someone takes them home for 'offsite' storage or get a bank to keep them,
For remote backup, look at several service providers in the market like Safaricom, Quintica, MTN Business. They have solution know in the industry-speak as 'backup-as-a-service.'
If you want cloud based storage, you have many options. You can buy capacity on Google Drive, Dropbox, SkyDrive and sync you backup data to the cloud.
But the best cloud storage system that beats them all and will work for corporate is probably Amazon S3. You can buy scalable storage, and most NAS system support Amazon S3 backup. Prices are reasonable, and the infrastructure Amazon uses in world class with data centres in multiple locations.
