+1 for rebtel. Within the EU Lyca is also very cheap to call home with. Either way, wherever I go I buy a local SIM. I divert my Safaricom calls to Airtel, which I keep on roaming. Then I call back anyone who tries to call me using the local SIM or Rebtel. Regards, Steve
