So the problem is not that I haven't appended file extensions to the flv files or that I do not know how to download the files. the problem is to sidestep the encryption, or to decrypt the files.... whichever makes sense :-)

On the Youtube player, on the top right i think, when u move ua cursor above it, it highlights ''Download with RealPlayer''. Click and u r home. Its works very well on Firefox and IE browsers but not on Opera.
